Arcane: A League of Legends Origin Story
Netflix's Arcane is an animated series that explores the origins of several characters from the popular League of Legends game.
Produced by Fortiche Production and animated by Riot Games, Arcane is set in the same universe as League of Legends and tells the story of how several of the game's most popular characters came to be.
The series follows the story of two sisters, Vi and Jinx, who are separated after their parents are killed. Vi is taken in by a group of criminals, while Jinx is left to fend for herself on the streets of Zaun. As they grow up, the two sisters become estranged, and eventually find themselves on opposite sides of a war between Zaun and Piltover.
Arcane has been praised for its stunning animation, complex characters, and engaging story. The series has been a critical and commercial success, and has been nominated for several awards, including the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program.
